Return Policy:

  • All Sales Final: Due to the limited nature of special editions, signed items, and custom swag, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Damaged Items: We will do our best to package to avoid damage. If your book or print arrives significantly damaged (such as torn pages, broken spines, or severe transit damage), please email info@irisgil.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of both the damaged items and the packaging so we can review it and make it right. (Please note that minor cosmetic wear, such as slightly bumped corners, is a normal part of the shipping process.)

 

Shipping Guidelines:

  • Processing: Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be carefully packed and shipped.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $7.00 for all orders shipped within the continental United States. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii with a flat rate of $14.00.

  • Carriers & Tracking: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. For book-only orders, we utilize Media Mail. Orders containing merchandise (like stickers, art cards, bookmarks, or tote bags) will be upgraded to a standard parcel rate (Ground Advantage, UPS or FedEx) at no additional cost to you. You will automatically receive a tracking email once your shipping label is printed.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please notify us at info@irisgil.com within 14 days of the listed delivery date so we can assist you. Please include both the tracking and order numbers.

  • Location: We currently only ship within the United States.
